Our space frame cone head is an essential connecting component for bolt‑ball space frame systems. It is a hot‑forged steel fitting welded onto the end of large‑diameter steel pipe members. High‑strength bolts go through the inner hole of the cone head. They screw into the bolt‑ball joint to firmly fasten the whole space‑frame node.
Compared with blanking plates, cone heads are used for larger steel pipes. This prevents pipe collision at a single bolt‑ball node. We manufacture space‑frame cone heads from Q235B or Q355B carbon steel. Its material grade matches the steel pipe, which guarantees stable load‑bearing performance.
We support custom outer diameter, inner bore and thickness according to client’s construction drawings. Surface treatment options include painting or hot‑dip galvanizing for anti‑corrosion, adapting to humid, coastal and desert project environments.
